If more than one person is being summoned, there is an additional fee of $100 per additional person. The Din Torah hearing fee is $600 per side, which includes up to two (2) hours of hearing time. The hearing is conducted before three Dayanim (Rabbinical judges), who are present for the entire proceeding and will issue a written psak (judgment) following the conclusion of the Din Torah. If the hearing exceeds the included two hours, each additional hour is billed at $350 per side.
